Mappa Mundi has performed at Puppet Playlist

Mappa Mundi is rooted equally in baroque music, rock, minimalism, and romanticism and inspired by such artist as Radiohead, The Arcade Fire, The Decemberists, John Adams, and Phillip Glass. They produce tweaked but hook-oriented Chamber Pop, as heard in samples from their forthcoming EP, "And in this Way We Come Unmoored…", recorded and produced at Motherwest Studios with the assistance of Charles Newman (The Magnetic Fields). Their sound is both avant-garde, and accessible, both Old World and New.
